Carbon fuselage set #133 is suitable for wingspan up to 4 meters / 158".

Pod #133 carbon is the newest and largest pod we have so far produced at CLM Pro.

This fuselage set is designed so that it has beautiful aerodynamic lines, is easy on the eyes and, most importantly, possesses excellent flight characteristics. The pod is large and strong enough to easily carry 4-meter / 158" wings. The fuselage pod #133 can be used for various purposes in various categories, such as F5J, F3J, ALES and other homebuild projects or replacements for a pre-existing model.

Set contains pod, carbon tailboom, V-mount and ballast set.

Set weights 209 grams (7.37 oz) without ballast.

Carbon tailboom is 1010 mm / 39.76" long and weights 65g / 2.29 oz.

Carbon tail boom is made from several carbon types. Materials are strategicaly positioned so the boom is of its maximum strength and minimum weight.

Carbon V-mount has ID of 18 mm / 0.70" and weights 6 grams / 0.21 oz.
You get few different bolts with it.

The pod is completely made of composites (multiple types of materials). It has been made of fine 1K Aero carbon material, and has carbon fiber reinforcements on strategic spots, giving it additional strength to endure heavier straining. It is strong enough to withstand even hardcore landings and other forces. The part where the tow hook is, the pylon are also reinforced, just like the top of the nose, so it can be landed roughly.

The canopy is designed in a way that there is enough space to easily manipulate all the components in the pod, allowing the battery to be inserted and connected easily, improving usability on the field. The edges around the canopy are also reinforced with carbon.
It is supplied with a removable carbon canopy.

The pylon is 184 mm / 7.24" long i additionally strengthened with multiple carbon types and layers, so the wings may be up to 260 mm / 10.23" in depth, but even larger ones can be mounted. Dihedral angle of pylon is 2.5° on each side.

This pod is suitable for wingspans of up to 4 meters (158"). It is ideal for home builders, as it can be used as a replacement pod for other projects, too.

Tailboom suitable for this pod: Carbon tailboom #222 and extra strong #223.

Ballast set:
The ballast tube is made of kevlar to ensure strength and it will easily carry enough ballast. The weights are made of 10 CNC processed brass weights weighing up to 780 gr. The pod comes with an already installed kevlar ballast tube holder, the ballast tube is fastened on the outer side of the pod behind the canopy with premade slots and bolts. The brass weights are made with a center hole so you can hold them all in place with a steel wire. The first and last weight have a fastening bolt.

Ballast kit includes:
10x CNC milled cylindrical brass weights - 50x16mm, each weight 77.5grams
1x kevlar tube - length 510mm
1x plastic coated steel wire to hold the weights in one place
Various bolts for fastening and the required allen key

NOTE:
The pod #133 is designed so that it can be converted into an electro version.
Being that the nose is additionally strengthened, it can be cut off at a certain length to achieve the required diameter. To install a motor for the electro version, you only need to glue a firewall and it is done.
